Sobo Pilates (formerly Gilates) is a boutique studio offering Reformer Pilates and Personal Training in an intimate, welcoming space. The studio is designed for 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, as well as small group mat Pilates classes (up to 5 people).

In addition to studio sessions, I also run weekly Pilates classes in Southbourne, including Beach Pilates, Pregnancy and Mum & Baby Pilates.

The Sobo Pilates On Demand library allows you to do Pilates whenever and wherever you want.
