His clinical practice routinely involves the management of acute cardiac conditions, providing expert care to patients within the medical communities of Winchester, Basingstoke, and Andover. He practices across all Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust sites, including North Hampshire Hospital at Basingstoke, Royal Hampshire County Hospital at Winchester and Andover War Memorial Hospital. Dr Bart also holds the position of Cardiology Lead for Clinical Governance at HHFT.
