Welcome to Dowden's Martial Arts, located in unit 18 Burnhouse industrial estate, we have been running Martial Arts classes in Whitburn since 2005~ We have 3 main, fun, safe programs: TKD Kubz for ages 3 to 6 TKD Samurais for ages 7 to 11 Taekwondo for ages 12+ All principle instructors at the centre hold relevant instructor qualifications, PVG/CRB, and First Aid Certification. Affiliation The Taekwon-Do classes are affiliated to the ITF HQ in Vienna Austria.
