This was always a great taxi service until they jumped on the bandwagon of the petrol shortages and started overcharging exorbitantly. Will not use again

I have used this service for a few months now to get in and out of Wood Green and my experience with it has been stunning. I live in Wood Green and do not have a car and so I have put all my trust into this cab service and they have performed marvellously for me. It’s fast, reliable and affordable which is all the quality’s a good cab service needs. And to be honest they have never let me down and I will continue to use this service as long as I can. When I booked by phone, the friendly telephone operator said I could ask the driver to swing by the office (which was on the way) when I explained I didn’t have enough cash. I wish I was pre-warned of the surcharge of £1 so the driver doesn’t get charged beforehand. Friendly Driver arrived early and helped me with my luggage when I came near. The only improvement would be if the car didn’t smell of cigarettes, but at least the inside was clean enough. Driver agreed to swing by the office for me to pay and checked with me which airport terminal I was going to, on approach.
Car was 20mins late for an airport run. Told the guy who booked the car I had 3 large suitcases. They sent a car which could barely fit one large case. Spent an anxious journey to Stanstead with a huge, heavy suitcase on my lap. Driver was apologetic even though was not his fault. Nice driver, terrible company. Will not use again.

Very friendly receptionist when I placed the call. I he car came within the ten minutes specified. When the car came the cab driver got out to assist me. He was very professional and helpful. Polite and great conversation to my destination. Would happily book again!

I strongly recommend this service, whenever I need a minicab to the airport, they swiftly and professionally book it in, sometimes less than 12 hours notice. Recently driver Hasan, was absolutely phenomenal. We were stuck in traffic on the way to Heathrow and started panicking. He found an alternative route and was so friendly in order to calm me down, and we got there on time. You can always count me as a loyal customer now :)
I wanted to get a meal to a friend as she was recovering from an operation. I was looking to see if there was a service that did this. I took a chance to phone a mini cab office and was delighted to find out they would. It cost more than going on the tube… but it saved me several hours of travelling in the cold … and I really appreciated that. Also good to be told the mission had been accomplished. Smiles all round!

From beginning to end the service was excellent. The operator was clear and efficient when I booked my cab to Paddington. The driver was punctual, professional, polite and helpful.
